About The Role Customer Experience (CX) Team (CX) position – a strategic partner that collaborates with the CRP Senior Product Manager‑Commercial Lending, business owners and Agile teams to drive the evolution of Commercial Lending processes and the nCino Platform. The role is highly visible bank‑facing and involves detailed business requirement discovery, data and workflow analysis, and testing for nCino and Salesforce.

Lead discovery sessions with various business owners.

Draft functional and technical requirements and acceptance criteria.

Work closely with Product Manager to prioritize requirements.

Assist Product Manager to maintain and refine product backlog.

Liaise between business and Agile teams to ensure delivery of high‑quality solutions.

Prepare design and process solutions using nCino and Salesforce.

Conduct daily prioritization meetings, testing sessions and provide real‑time feedback.

Determine release readiness with Product Manager.

Stay current with nCino features and capabilities.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve business requirements including user flows, wireframes and prototypes.

Perform process design/redesign, workflow analysis, and data analysis for nCino and Salesforce.

Validate and usability testing, coordinate testing efforts, recruit participants, resolve defects.

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions.

Lead large scale process improvement and standardization efforts in adoption of nCino and Salesforce.

Adhere to governance, security and risk management practices.

This is a Corporate position which may be located at an available bank division location across our nine–state footprint. The entry rate for this position is $117,159.12 per year (calculated for Kalispell, MT). WA Applicants have the range: $127,612.84–$191,419.26 a year. Compensation is analyzed individually and takes into account geographic location, years of experience and educational background.

About You Qualifications

5 years minimum of nCino platform experience.

5 years minimum of experience in commercial lending, with roles in lending, credit, or operations.

3 years minimum of nCino or Salesforce implementation experience is strongly preferred.

3 years minimum of experience leading teams and/or providing ongoing mentorship to peers.

1 year minimum of nCino Quality Assurance or UAT testing experience.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in a business‑related discipline such as organizational management, marketing, finance, or information technology.

License / Certification

Preferred: One or more Salesforce or nCino professional support and design certifications (Salesforce Administrator, nCino 101, nCino 201).

Additional Requirements Travel Up to 10% travel required (e.g., 2 days/month) by automobile, commercial airlines, rental vehicles, and public transportation. Ability to drive and have proper licensing.
