We are seeking an energetic and results-focused Brand Ambassador to represent telecommunications products and services in the field. This role blends face-to-face engagement, relationship building, and consultative selling within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and motivated, with the ability to educate customers, demonstrate technology solutions, and support business growth through strong communication and follow-through. This position is well suited for individuals interested in sales, marketing, and brand representation within the telecommunications space.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the brand in assigned territories, events, and promotional environments to increase visibility and customer engagement

Identify and engage prospective customers through direct outreach, networking, and territory coverage

Deliver clear, confident product demonstrations and explanations of telecommunications solutions

Build and maintain long-term relationships by providing consistent follow-up and account support

Assist customers through the decision-making process, addressing questions and overcoming objections

Track interactions, leads, and results using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms

Collaborate with leadership on territory strategy, campaign execution, and performance goals

Upsell and cross-promote additional products or services when appropriate

Provide customer feedback and market insights to support ongoing marketing and sales initiatives

Support onboarding and training of new Brand Ambassadors as the team grows

Qualifications

Previous experience in brand ambassador roles, customer-facing sales, B2B sales, or telecommunications is preferred

Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

Comfortable working independently within a defined territory while collaborating with a team

Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools is a plus

Ability to engage customers through direct interaction, networking, and outreach effortsProfessional demeanor with a customer-first mindset

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Interest in technology, sales, marketing, and business development
