Job Title: Personal Lines Customer Service Associate (CSA)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Personal Lines Customer Service Associate (CSA)
to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with their personal insurance needs, including policy servicing, coverage questions, and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to personal lines clients (home, auto, renters, etc.)
Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Review coverage options and assist clients in understanding their policies
Work with carriers to obtain quotes and resolve service issues
Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system
Support account managers and producers as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
1-3 years of insurance or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360) is a plus
