Are
Bilingual English/Spanish required Have a minimum
of 1 year of customer service or collections experience in a call center environment Possess strong
data entry, grammar, and communication skills (verbal and written) Can use
Microsoft Office, especially Excel Are able to
interpret reports, follow instructions, and manage multiple tasks Comfortable working independently in a
remote setting after training Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer workstation Day-to-Day:
Handle
inbound customer calls
including start/stop/transfer service, payments, and billing inquiries Communicate
contract details, pricing, and service options
based on customer accounts Resolve customer concerns using
professional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Accurately enter and update customer information in
CRM/database systems Meet
call center performance metri cs
includ ing quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction Research account issues and provide clear, accurate solutions Identify and support
upselling opportunities
when appropriate Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a
fast-paced, metric-driven environment
