Print and Digital Graphic Designer
Print & Digital Graphic Designer creates, produces, and optimizes creative assets for both print and online channels. This position collaborates with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency, accurate print production, and high-performing digital content across omnichannel campaigns.
Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $27-$32/hr.
Onsite 2 days a week (M & Th) in Fort Worth (near DFW Airport)
Key Responsibilities
• Design and prepare print-ready files for packaging, labels, brochures, displays, instruction manuals, and collateral; manage die-lines, bleeds, color separations, and prepress checks.
• Produce and optimize digital assets for web, email, social, and display advertising; manage resizing, versioning, and export settings for multiple platforms.
• Retouch and edit product photography; manage image libraries and file version control.
• Translate creative briefs, product positioning, and research into effective print and digital designs that meet marketing objectives.
• Ensure all work meets brand guidelines, accessibility and usability standards, and print/web technical specifications; work with vendors and developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Convert wireframes and layouts into user-friendly interfaces for apps and websites as needed. Use appropriate tools to create static, animated, and interactive assets where required.
• Manage multiple projects under tight timelines while maintaining quality and production accuracy.
• Maintain documentation of production specs, templates, and asset inventories. Perform other duties as assigned and uphold client's core values and attendance expectations.
• Perform responsibilities in a manner consistent with the client's purpose, core values and strategic anchors.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
• Experience in print and digital design
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch for digital/prototyping work. Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and responsive design.
• Solid knowledge of prepress and print production processes: color management (Pantone/CMYK), trapping, bleed/die lines, PDF/X standards, RIP workflows.
• Strong understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and UX basics; working knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus.
• Experience preparing assets for CMS, email platforms, and ad networks; familiarity with file naming, versioning, and asset management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong typographic skills, and ability to follow brand and production specifications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience working cross-functionally with vendors, developers, and marketing teams.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to staying current with design, print, and digital trends and technologies.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience: 3 years in print and digital design
