Position Description
We are seeking a UX Strategist with CRM experience to help shape and improve the user experience of enterprise CRM platforms. This role focuses on delivering intuitive, user-centered design strategies for large-scale digital initiatives, with a strong emphasis on improving the usability and effectiveness of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
The UX Strategist will collaborate closely with product teams, designers, and business stakeholders to define and deliver engaging digital experiences across web and application platforms. This role requires a strong balance of user research, interaction design, and strategic thinking to ensure solutions align with both user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead interaction design strategy for enterprise CRM platforms across web and application environments.
- Partner with product managers, strategists, and designers to define user-centered solutions aligned with business goals.
- Conduct user interviews, stakeholder workshops, and observational research to understand workflows and pain points.
- Translate research insights into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design documentation using Figma.
- Create intuitive and scalable experiences through information architecture, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality UX strategies and solutions.
- Balance client/investor needs with business and marketing objectives to produce meaningful digital experiences.
- Present and communicate design concepts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform UX decisions and improve user engagement.
- Support project planning, workflow coordination, and alignment across teams.
- 7-10 years of UX design, UX strategy, or interaction design experience.
- Hands-on experience designing CRM systems or enterprise applications.
- Strong proficiency with Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and design collaboration.
- Experience with user-centered design methodologies and UX research techniques.
- Ability to create wireframes, interaction flows, and user journey maps.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, strategy, and engineering.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience translating complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
- Background in enterprise UX design, financial services platforms, or data-heavy applications.
- Experience presenting design strategy to leadership and cross-functional teams.
