Job Summary

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually + bonuses and commissions
• Benefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products and services to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and grow client relationships.
• Build, manage, and develop a high-performing team.
• Work with carriers such as Erie, Grange, Safeco, Foremost, AAA, and Progressive.
• Gain expertise in flood insurance and other specialized products.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: 5-7 years of proven success in the insurance industry.
• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Hawksoft software is preferred.
