We are based in Parsippany NJ, with clients across the United States. Job Responsibilities The Agadia Systems' UI/UX Designer, will help deliver our evolving vision in new and innovative ways. As an advocate for our users, you'll challenge yourself to deliver an exceptional user experience. We are seeking a designer with a broad skill set who enjoys working on projects end to end. From competitive research and user journeys to wireframing, prototyping, and detailed design you will have the opportunity to design our products screens. Day to day, you will partner closely with our Business and Product Development teams to create and build features that deliver against our roadmap and surprise and delight our users. In addition, you will evolve the underlying design systems and UX patterns with each iteration to achieve a seamless user experience. Responsibilities • 5+ Years of experience working in product design or UI/UX for mobile apps. • Wireframing and prototyping skills • Ability to produce HTML5, CSS3, JS from new design (UI) • Exposure on font awesome, bootstrap • Familiarity with Human-Computer Interaction • Previous working experience as a UI Designer for (10) years • Excellent UI design portfolio • BA in design or similar relevant field • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success • Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver • Other duties as assigned by manager Desired Skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Problem solving and business analysis skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to explain information clearly and simply • Strong execution skills • Highly organized and flexible • Team Player • PC literate Qualifications • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience • Computer science or related degree Preferred, Key Competencies Communicates effectively- Attentively listens to others, provides timely and helpful information and is effective in a range of professional settings.
