Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end workflow and GUI experiences for investment products, including FX, bonds, and IRA offerings.
- Deliver data-driven UX solutions grounded in a user-first mindset.
- Create prototypes, iterate quickly, and support the software development lifecycle in partnership with engineering.
- Drive full-cycle product delivery, including dashboards, real-time alerts, APIs, and other digital mechanisms.
- Collaborate with Private Bank and Wealth Management teams to define roadmaps, product strategy, and feature prioritization.
- Convert data insights into actionable, user-centered product enhancements.
- Continuously refine priorities, milestones, risks, and deliverables in an Agile framework.
- Work cross-functionally with analytics, engineering, design/UX, and user-enablement teams to ensure successful product outcomes.
- Proven UX design experience within investment, wealth management, or trust-business environments.
- Demonstrated ability to ship products or services in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Strong proficiency in prototyping tools and iterative design methodologies.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and ceremonies.
- Experience designing digital solutions such as dashboards, alerts, and user interaction flows.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
