What You’d Do in This Role:

As a Marketer for SmartDollar, you’ll help drive pipeline growth by building campaigns that introduce companies to our financial wellness benefit. You’ll partner with Sales, CRM, and Business Development teams to execute marketing automation, account-based marketing campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with writers and designers and use data and AI tools to continuously improve campaign performance and impact.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 4+ years of B2B marketing experience supporting sales or revenue-focused teams.
• You have experience with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or similar tools.
• You’re comfortable working with CRM data and campaign analytics (Salesforce, Google Analytics, Excel).
• You enjoy partnering closely with Sales teams to support pipeline and deal progression.
• You’re familiar with account-based marketing strategies across digital, direct mail, or multi-channel campaigns.
• You’re comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to improve marketing workflows and execution.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment working with writers, designers, and other marketers.

• Marketing automation and nurture campaigns consistently generate qualified pipeline.
• Sales teams have strong marketing support and enablement assets that help move deals forward.
• Campaign performance is regularly analyzed and optimized using data and insights.

• Collaboration across Sales, CRM, and marketing teams results in stronger campaigns and measurable growth.
