SoilAir Selection, a trusted name in the industry since 2005, is looking for passionate and driven Sales Representatives to join our teams in the NYC and Long Island Territories. With a strong presence in the Tri-State Area, we're continuing to grow and need sales-focused professionals to help expand our exceptional portfolio of wines, spirits, and sakes . Position Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of growing the SoilAir portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be developing and maintaining relationships with fine dining establishments, top-tier retailers, and key accounts within your territory. You'll help drive sales and brand awareness, all while delivering exceptional service and education about our premium wines.

Key Responsibilities:ALL Build and foster strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring the highest level of service. Identify opportunities to expand SoilAir's presence within top-tier restaurants and fine wine retailers. Share the rich stories behind our products and provide ongoing education to customers about our diverse and curated portfolio. Set clear objectives and develop strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term sales growth. Regularly track and report on sales progress, providing detailed updates on key account developments. Meet and exceed sales targets and profitability goals. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of either wine, spirits or sake sales experience. A genuine passion for wine, spirits and sake. Having an in-depth knowledge of the world wine regions is a plus. Proven ability to consistently achieve sales goals and drive results. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage, educate, and build rapport with clients. High level of motivation with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive business success. Frequent travel (approximately 80% of the time). Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
