Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties impacted by hail, wind, tornado activity, water, and other covered losses Capture detailed photo documentation along with clear, organized field notes Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility Review policy coverage and determine loss scope per carrier guidelines Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners Manage claim files efficiently from inspection through submission What We're Looking For:

Active Arkansas adjuster license (or designated home state license) Working knowledge of Xactimate (Symbility experience is a plus) Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field equipment Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to accept assignments quickly and meet reporting deadlines Why Work with CENCO?
