NVOCC/International Freight Forwarder/Customs House Broker Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of air and ocean import shipment arrangements for a dedicated portfolio of accounts. Deliver exceptional customer service by coordinating shipment authorizations, tracking cargo, issuing arrival notices, verifying rates, and ensuring timely delivery follow-ups. Qualifications At least
3 years of relevant experience
in international freight forwarding. Highly organized, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills, capable of working independently with high accuracy and efficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
