Sales Representative – Roofing & Storm Restoration

Responsibilities
Knock on doors in storm-affected neighborhoods
Perform roof inspections, identify storm damage, and educate homeowners about insurance claims
Present solutions and close roofing contracts
Manage projects from contract signing to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
Communicate regularly with homeowners and coordinate with production teams
Collect payments and build long-term relationships for referrals and future business
What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license and a pick-up truck is required or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive
Willingness to follow proven systems and learn new skills
Comfortable working outdoors and door-to-door
Comfortable engaging with homeowners
Interested in building a high-income sales career
Preferred experience (not required)
Sales, customer service, athletics, hospitality, or military backgrounds
