We are seeking a passionate
Key Holder
who will actively engage with customers to create outstanding in-store experiences and provide exceptional leadership and support to store partners. Our Key Holders embody Boot Barn's Mission, Vision, and Values, showcasing strong selling and service expertise, product knowledge, visual merchandising skills, and excellent point-of-sale proficiency. Key Holders collaborate with the leadership team to drive initiatives that help the store exceed sales goals, develop the team, and assist with various operational procedures assigned. Key Holder Responsibilities: Foster a culture of service and selling, exceeding expectations to build long-term customer relationships. Become an expert in our product categories and effectively communicate product knowledge to customers. Achieve measurable goals like units per transaction (UPT) and average dollar per transaction (ADT). Stay informed about current merchandise promotions and advertisements. Maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with display maintenance, and uphold store housekeeping. Process merchandise and actively monitor and replenish floor stock. Complete all sales transactions accurately and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers. Seek new ways to develop skills and enhance metrics in partnership with the store leadership team. Carry out opening and closing procedures according to company standards and adhere to the Time and Attendance policy. Enforce all local, federal, and state laws in addition to company policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Demonstrate a commitment to quality work, attendance, and appearance. Qualifications: 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience. Strong leadership, communication, time management, and organizational skills. Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexible scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when needed. Willingness to travel up to 10% to support local stores. Core Competencies: Business Acumen:

Must be able to communicate with partners and customers effectively. Visual abilities needed include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
