Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist at Secure24 Alarms, located in St. Louis, MO. The role involves engaging with potential customers, driving lead generation, and converting leads into sales. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, delivering tailored security solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. The Inside Sales Specialist will play a key role in promoting and providing Secure24’s home security products and services. Qualifications Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to actively listen, educate, and clearly convey information Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Results-driven mindset with attention to detail and organization High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus Previous experience in the home security or technology industry is an advantage but not required
