New Car Sales Manager
oversees daily sales operations with a strong focus on CRM activity, sales consultant follow-up, and customer engagement. This role requires a highly driven leader with strong closing skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Compensation
Income is earned through a competitive commission plan and performance bonuses based on new car sales volume and team performance. High performers can achieve significant earning potential.
Work Schedule
Flexible Work Schedule Alternating Sundays

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily sales floor operations and ensure all customers are attended to with customer introductions Train and coach sales staff Help with customer needs and follow-up Schedule and confirm customer appointments Enforce proper CRM usage and maintain accurate customer records
Desking & Finance
Desk deals to maximize gross profit Ensure credit applications are handled correctly and maximize approvals
Qualifications
Strong leadership and closing skills Finance Experience Highly motivated and customer-focused Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Possess a driver's license with a clean drivind record Performance Kings Honda is a drug-free workplace
