Outside Sales Representative – B2B Food Distribution We are a fast-growing Hispanic food and beverage distribution company serving grocery stores, restaurants, and specialty markets across the region. We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to build strong client relationships, grow a territory, and increase revenue. This is a field-based role with high earning potential for motivated sales professionals. What You’ll Do

Develop and manage a sales territory (B2B clients) Build relationships with grocery stores, restaurants, and local businesses Identify new business opportunities and close deals Maintain and grow existing accounts Travel daily within your assigned area Biweekly base salary Uncapped commission (high earning potential) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid training What We’re Looking For

2+ years of outside sales or B2B sales experience Fluent in Spanish (required) | English is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Reliable personal vehicle for daily travel Willingness to travel locally within the territory Fast-growing company with strong market demand Opportunity to grow your income with uncapped commission Work directly in the field and build your own client base
