Position Summary Focus Partners Wealth seeks a motivated and qualified individual for the position of Account Manager to join our business management department. The candidate will manage the day‑to‑day business, personal and financial affairs of high‑profile entertainment clients, including directors, actors, producers, musicians, and touring artists.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day business transactions for high net worth entertainment clients, requiring advanced knowledge of touring and payroll.

Manage multiple client quarterly tax filings, including international taxes.

Create meeting packets.

Manage music touring budgets and tour reconciliations.

Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reports.

Review and monitor personal and business insurance lines, including renewals and claims.

Support partners on client communications.

Support and work with management team on ad‑hoc projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting.

Minimum 4+ years of experience in business management.

Large international touring experience.

Proficient in Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Solid organizational skills with great attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

CPA

Knowledge of Datafaction accounting software.

Knowledge of Datafaction Imaging.

Compensation & Benefits This is an exempt position. The annualized base salary range is $95,000–$115,000. Compensation may vary based on experience, expertise, location, and skill set. Additional rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package—medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
