Market Intelligence:

Conduct deep-dive research into regional market characteristics, consumer needs, and competitor strategies. Deliver actionable market analysis to optimize our channel structure.

Policy Design:

Channel Expansion & Business Development

From 0 to 1:

Channel Operations & Management

Partner Empowerment:

Provide daily management and enablement for channel partners, including product training, sales coaching, and marketing support to boost their sell-through capacity and service quality.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor channel sales data (volume, inventory, AR/collections). Conduct regular performance reviews and implement sell-out strategies (e.g., localized promotions, POSM optimization) to prevent slow-moving inventory and ensure target achievement.

Market Order Maintenance:

Resolve channel conflicts related to pricing, logistics, and after-sales. Enforce strict market regulations to prevent cross-territory selling (gray market) and price dumping.

Lead the offline channel sales team, establish KPI/incentive mechanisms, and cultivate channel management talent to build a high-performing squad.
