We are hiring a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will be creative, an excellent problem solver and will use those skills to implement various business development and sales strategies. Customer Representative Skills: Able to effectively build rapport with clients from key accounts Good with numbers Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of salespeople Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Skill in prioritizing obligations Excellent time management and organization Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Working with our Marketing team on various events Interacting with clients and customers on a daily basis Identifying new sales leads Pitching products and/or services Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers When it comes to team leadership, day-to-day duties Customer Service Representative tasks typically include: Coach and train junior staff members on POS and SOPs Contacting potential clients to establish rapport Working on new marketing initiatives Attending conferences and sales and marketing events When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include: Preparing presentations and sales displays Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products Developing quotes and proposals Maintaining client relationships to boost retention Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills Level Up USA is an equal opportunity employer.
