What You’ll Be Doing
Greet residents and guests and serve as the main point of contact
Monitor amenities and keep all spaces clean, organized, and guest‑ready
Support events, reservations, and resident activities
Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
Enforce community guidelines and report concerns
Coordinate with onsite teams to maintain a safe, high‑quality experience
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to come from luxury hospitality, but you do need to bring the energy.
Customer service, hospitality, concierge, or front desk experience preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, people‑facing environment.
Strong communication skills and presence.
High attention to detail.
Ability to multitask without losing composure.
Naturally friendly, but still professional.
