Reporting to the Head of AllBooked Marketing, this is a critical role on our team and you'll get to help shape our positioning and strategy from the ground up.
What you'll do
Define and evolve AllBooked's positioning and differentiation
- translate customer and market insights into messaging that drives adoption and growth
Lead high-impact product launches end-to-end

Turn product capabilities into compelling stories
- create messaging, assets, and sales plays that make our value clear and tangible
Leverage customer and product insights to improve go-to-market performance
- analyze adoption, behavior, and funnel metrics to refine how we engage and convert. Balance both quantitative and qualitative data to paint a full picture. Present quarterly "what we're hearing" debrief.
Drive strategic initiatives
- including pricing updates, market trend research, and onboarding experiences that shape how we grow and scale
What we're looking for We care more about how you think, work, and collaborate than checking every box. If you're excited about the role and think you could be a great match, we encourage you to apply.
Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in product marketing, ideally with experience marketing a B2B SaaS product to an SMB audience (or tell us how your experience translates)
A strong sense of curiosity: eager to dive deep researching and understanding our target audience, our customers, our competitors, and our product.
A good storyteller and writer with the ability to create high-quality sales and customer-facing content.
A love for experimentation: be it testing a new message on our website, or trying out a new way for us to leverage AI.
Benefits
Competitive salary, benefits package, and paid time off
Flexible schedule
Creative and collaborative work environment
Direct exposure to the leadership team across departments
Be empowered to leave a significant mark on the product and the customers
