Experience & Qualifications Needed
Previous parts experience (dealer or aftermarket) is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Familiarity with automotive components, systems, and terminology.
Experience with inventory control, parts ordering, or stock management systems is an asset.
Customer service experience in a retail or service environment is beneficial.
Post-secondary education in Automotive Technology, Business, or a related field (an asset).
Team oriented and self‑motivated.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Essential Duties And Major Responsibilities
Deliver parts to technicians if necessary.
Handle vendor returns & orders.
Inventory control.
Retail sales and internal estimates.
Organize and keep the parts department clean.
Assist with shipping & receiving.
Assist coworkers with parts‑related questions.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
