Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Intake Specialist at our Norcross, GA location. The Intake Specialist will be responsible for welcoming clients, gathering and verifying patient information, and assisting with insurance claims and document handling. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate client records, and supporting patients through the intake process with professionalism and empathy. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with clinic staff and ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and partners
Experience in Client Intake and Customer Service to ensure a smooth and empathetic onboarding process
Knowledge of Insurance policies and processes to assist clients with claims and ensure accuracy in documentation
Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate client records
Proficiency in using clinic software systems and basic computer skills
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and multitask effectively
Prior experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in healthcare administration are advantageous
