As the first impression of the community, the Leasing Agent plays a key role in converting leads to leases through professional tours, consistent follow-up, and strong relationship-building. The ideal candidate is highly organized, sales-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness and attention to detail matter.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Conducting engaging property tours that highlight community features and value

Managing inbound leads and executing timely follow-up

Processing applications and preparing lease documents accurately

Supporting marketing efforts, outreach, and resident engagement

Maintaining a professional and positive resident experience
