Qualifications
Proficiency in leave management processes, including FMLA, ADA, Paid Leave Programs (MA, CO, RI, NY, NJ, CA) other applicable regulations
Strong communication, consultation, and conflict resolution skills
Keen attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation
Experience with Workday
Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and compliance requirements
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
