A day in the life As our
Senior Client Manager
on the
Business Insurance
team, you will oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role involves leading the marketing process, preparing comprehensive proposals, binding coverage, and ensuring the accuracy of policy documentation. You will also mentor team members, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to the agency’s growth and retention goals.
Our future colleague
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in customer service, underwriting, or commercial lines insurance for a carrier or broker preferred
Familiarity with insurance company markets, binding authority, and underwriting guidelines preferred
Property/Casualty license or ability to attain one is required
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
AAI, CIC, CISR, or CRIS designation preferred
