The Role We are looking for a proactive, detail-obsessed individual to serve as a vital support system for our Owner, Amy, and our Account Managers. This is a

100% remote

position focused on the essential "behind-the-scenes" planning and high-touch administrative phases.

This role is ideal for a highly organized professional looking for a consistent commitment (approx. 6-8 hours per week). You will be the engine that keeps our luxury service standards running smoothly from your home office. While the core of this role is remote, there are optional opportunities to assist on-site during event days for those interested in hands‑on experience.

Responsibilities

Executive & Managerial Support:

Directly assist the Owner and Account Managers with daily operations, ensuring every client detail is handled with "white-glove" care.

Remote Logistics:

Manage master event timelines, client workbooks, Google Drive and coordinate complex logistics.

Elite Communication:

Act as a polished point of contact for vendor communication and assist in maintaining warm, timely, and professional client correspondence.

Project Management:

Handle meticulous deadlines, budget tracking, manage executive schedules, and organize digital contracts and design boards.

Event Day (Optional):

While not required, there are occasional opportunities to join the team on-site to assist with setup and "day-of" logistics for those looking for field experience.

Qualifications

Organizational Mastery:

You live for a good checklist and can juggle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

The "High-Touch" Mindset:

You understand that in luxury planning, the small details are the big details. You are committed to excellence.

Professionalism:

You are a polished communicator—essential for representing the brand to high-end vendors and discerning clients via email and phone.

Reliability:

You must be disciplined, have your own remote workspace/laptop, and be able to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.

Tech Savvy:

Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with Canva, timeline programs and event management software is a major plus.

Industry Passion:

A genuine love for the wedding industry and the unique challenges of high-end, multi-location planning.
