Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Loan Processor role located in Wichita, KS. We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team. This role offers advancement potential, including the opportunity to transition into a Loan Officer position for high-performing candidates. Applicants with prior Loan Officer experience may be considered for advancement immediately. You will be responsible for efficiently managing the processing of loan applications, ensuring all documentation complies with federal and state regulations, and facilitating smooth communication between borrowers, underwriters, and loan officers. Job Duties Complete loan applications over the phone, online, and in person Professionally assist members with questions regarding loan services, including the explanation of loan options, loan policies, interest rates, payoffs, and more Review and verify loan application documents for completeness and accuracy Promote Credit Union products and services Obtain and evaluate credit reports Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional college experience in business, finance, or related field preferred. Loan Processor or Loan Officer Experience preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in organization and attention to detail.
