Job Description Overview This position leverages, designs, organizes and coordinates brand‑specific website assets, EDMs, landing pages and editorial content.

Responsibilities

Ownership of the country assets library

Work in collaboration with the US Creative Team, Global e‑Commerce Managers, Global Merchants to design brand‑consistent homepages, EDMs, landing pages and editorial content.

Collaborate with the US Social Media Manager on social media assets as required.

Leverage/Design comps for new site functionality; come up with creative solutions that work within the brand style guide.

Conceptualize and offer creative solutions for innovating, improving and optimizing various areas on sites.

Special projects and initiatives as needed.

Provides Influential Leadership

Maintain model behavior that respects the background, experience and cultural differences of others, while upholding the integrity and values of the Company.

Collaborate with the Copywriter and Global Merchants to request eCommerce copy.

Develops Self & Others

Initiate a self‑development plan to ensure continual professional development.

Creates Teams & Partnerships

Develop strong partnerships with peers, forming professional relationships within the eCommerce, Marketing and PR teams, and other local and international partners allowing for positive influence and engagement.

Develop open communication in an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect, in accordance with our People First Philosophy.

Drives Execution

Design Point of Sale signage.

Create and design invitations for PR team.

Develop and create advertorial material.

Develop and create media releases.

Ad‑hoc projects as required.

Requirements / Qualifications

3+ years studio or client‑side digital design experience

Design experience working for a lifestyle retail brand would be highly desirable

Relevant tertiary qualifications in graphic or digital design

Extremely proficient in Adobe CC, Figma and Photoshop

A portfolio that demonstrates strong digital design skills

Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, having previously designed across a range of digital touch points

Experience using project management tools such as Airtable

Ability to set and meet aggressive deadlines

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing and changing priorities and tasks

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Deadline driven and organized with a strong work ethic

Able to be resourceful, innovative and solution focused

Able to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions

Strong project management skills and ability to work self‑directed

Detail oriented and able to identify and rectify errors

Able to work independently and take responsibility and ownership of projects and tasks

Open and collaborative style, responsive and open to two‑way feedback

The expected starting pay range for this position is $82,000 - $85,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
