Contracts Management Office (CMO) . Our CMO team works in lock step with our Program Managers to drive technical innovations that redefine the world. On behalf of DARPA, the team is responsible for administering contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, and other transactions.

As a principal acquisition advisor, the warranted contracting officer guides technical offices through the full contracts, grants, and agreements lifecycle. This includes planning and awards to performance monitoring — while resolving complex issues, negotiating contracts, informing senior management, supporting DARPA-wide acquisition matters, and managing workloads through electronic contract management tools.
