The Role We’re hiring a Client Relationship Associate to support client onboarding, ongoing service, and day-to-day operations of the firm.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role
working directly with the founding partners. You’ll be involved in everything from opening accounts and managing client requests to preparing reports and supporting meetings. The role combines structured workflows (onboarding, transfers, reporting) with real-time client needs and one-off requests. It’s ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, in-office environment.
What You’ll Do
Support onboarding for new client relationships (individual, trust, retirement, and business accounts)
Coordinate account openings, documentation, and asset transfers (ACAT and non-ACAT)
Prepare and track client paperwork (agreements, disclosures, custodial forms)
Serve as a point of contact for client requests, ensuring timely and accurate follow-through
Monitor money movement, liquidity needs, and client activity
Track capital calls, private investments, and key account events
Maintain accurate client records and workflows across systems ( Wealthbox, RightCapital, Practifi, DocuSign )
Prepare meeting materials, onboarding summaries, and follow-up items
Generate quarterly reports and support ongoing client deliverables

What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in client service or operations within an RIA, private wealth, or financial services firm
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Business, Economics, or related)
Familiarity with investment accounts, custodial platforms, and wealth management workflows
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfort using tools such as CRM systems, planning software, and document platforms
Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
Bonus: Performance-based
Benefits: Medical insurance, paid time off, and holidays
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, in-office
