Account Executive / Sales Manager

Base Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 + Commission

Top Performers: $200K+ Annual Earnings

A well-established national commercial roofing contractor is expanding its presence in the Florida market and is seeking an experienced Account Executive / Sales Manager to develop and grow commercial roofing relationships in the Orlando region.

This is a high-visibility role focused on business development, national account growth, and long-term client partnerships with building owners, property managers, and general contractors.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who understands the commercial roofing industry or building envelope sector and wants the ability to build a strong book of business with substantial earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with building owners, facility managers, property management firms, and general contractors

Identify opportunities for roof replacements, repairs, and long-term service contracts

Perform roof inspections and develop project scopes and proposals

Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to deliver successful projects

Track sales activity and pipeline through CRM tools

Manage key client relationships and expand existing accounts

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial roofing or construction industry experience

Background in sales, project management, or business development within roofing or building envelope preferred

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

Comfortable performing roof inspections and working at heights

Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously

Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office

Preferred Experience

Commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Metal)

Experience working with general contractors, property managers, and building owners

Spanish language skills are a plus
