high-value investments. Role Description This is a
remote contract role
for a
High-Ticket Closer who is fluent in both Dutch and English.
You will be responsible for contacting qualified inbound leads from the Netherlands, running consultations with potential buyers, and closing deals on Bali property investments. Key Responsibilities • Conduct sales calls with qualified inbound leads from the Netherlands • Understand client goals and position suitable property opportunities • Handle objections and guide clients through the decision process • Close high-ticket property deals • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM What we provide • Qualified inbound leads • Sales training and ongoing mentorship • CRM tools and automations • Direct coaching from the CEO and experienced sales leaders Requirements • Proven ability to close high-ticket deals • Strong communication, objection handling, and sales skills • High level of professionalism and confidence on calls • Good availability and ability to manage calls independently • Ability to work remotely and stay self-disciplined • WhatsApp installed Highly valued (not mandatory) • Experience in remote high-ticket sales or real estate • Familiarity with CRM tools • Passionate about property, investing or business This is a commission-only role
with strong monthly earning potential
($40K+ per month)
