Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Vehicle Consultant based in Las Vegas, NV. The Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing commercial accessible vehicles that meet their specific needs. Daily tasks include conducting customer consultations, providing detailed product knowledge, crafting tailored mobility solutions, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing sales processes, coordinating with internal teams, and staying informed about industry trends and vehicle specifications to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications Customer Engagement and Sales Skills: Strong customer service focus, ability to build relationships, and effective consultative sales techniques. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial vehicles and mobility solutions, or the ability to quickly learn technical specifications and features. Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities. Problem-Solving Abilities: Creative thinking, customer-focused problem solving, and the ability to tailor solutions to meet unique client needs. Additional Qualifications: Experience in a sales or mobility-related role is preferred; a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate company vehicles are required. Knowledge of commercial markets such as healthcare or transport is a plus.
