by year 2 or 3, with top performers generating between
$150k and $200k+ per year .

We are also expanding coverage in regions such as Rusk County (Ladysmith, WI) and Jackson County (Black River Falls, WI).
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Convert inbound leads using proven scripts and coaching Make outbound calls to leads & sphere contacts Attend daily sales huddles and weekly coaching Follow a structured sales plan Hold client appointments and build relationships Use our CRM (Brivity) for daily follow-up Participate in team events, open houses & challenges Build a predictable book of business through consistency

Our main hub is located in Eau Claire, WI. However, because of high demand, we are also looking for partners in Jackson County (Black River Falls area), and in Rusk County (Ladysmith area).
We focus on community events such as local volunteer opportunities (Feed my people food bank, the community table, earth day), supporting local events (Eau Claire Marathon), and giving back to our clients by hosting client-facing events (Giving pies to everyone for thanksgiving, summer cookouts, Christmas parties, etc)
