Location: North America (Remote)

Reporting to: Director of Sales - Tire Protection Chains

Product Distribution and Sales Responsibility

Distribute and sell all products manufactured and sold by pewag Austria, as well as products from pewag, Inc.’s approved suppliers, within the assigned sales territory.

Execute sales activities in alignment with direction and agreements established by the North American Product Manager.

Communication and Customer Engagement

Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders using written and verbal methods, including email, phone calls, text messages, social media, and in-person meetings.

Represent pewag professionally during customer visits, job site meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Quote Management and Sales Follow Up

Follow up on quotations in a timely and professional manner to advance opportunities through the sales cycle.

Track and report sales progress to ensure visibility into active opportunities and pipeline status.

Sales Activity Tracking and CRM Management

Record and maintain accurate sales activity, customer interactions, and opportunity data using P21 CRM functionality.

Ensure CRM data is kept current to support forecasting, reporting, and management review.

Reporting and Territory Management

Provide regular feedback reports and weekly itineraries to the North American Product Manager outlining customer contacts and sales activities.

Assist with planning, forecasting, and ongoing management of the assigned sales territory to support business objectives.

Sales Performance and Financial Accountability

Achieve sales goals in alignment with the annual Business Plan and within approved budget guidelines.

Evaluate and respond to monthly sales and gross profit margin data requests using established sales reports.

Time and Resource Management

Make efficient and effective use of time and company resources when scheduling customer visits and travel.

Plan customer interactions to maximize productivity while minimizing unnecessary travel.

Product Performance and Technical Feedback

Provide detailed wear and performance reports on products in service to support continuous improvement.

Share field feedback with internal stakeholders to support product development and application guidance.

Product Knowledge and Business Practices

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pewag products, applications, and performance characteristics.

Stay informed on common business practices related to purchasing, pricing, terms, shipping, and payment for products and services.

Trade Show And Industry Representation

Represent pewag at major trade shows and industry events to promote products, strengthen relationships, and support brand visibility.

Expense Management and Ethical Compliance

Maintain expense accounts within approved budget levels while exercising fiscal responsibility.

Conduct all business activities in accordance with company policies and the Business Ethics Policy.

Additional Responsibilities

Perform other duties as assigned in support of sales objectives and overall business needs.

Reporting and Expectations Regional Sales Manager – Tire Protection Chains reports directly to the Director of Sales - Tire Protection Chains and is expected to devote full professional effort to the success of pewag Inc. This role requires a proactive, solutions-driven mindset and commitment to achieving growth objectives while maintaining strong customer partnerships.
