We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative
GenAI Architect
to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of generative AI models, machine learning, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with OpenAI models, LangChain, and Bedrock, as well as a strong foundation in observability tools like LangFuse, Security.
Responsibilities
Architecture Design:
Design and develop robust and scalable AI architectures that leverage the power of generative AI models.
Model Selection and Fine-tuning:
Evaluate and select appropriate AI models, and fine-tune them to meet specific business requirements.
Prompt Engineering:
Develop effective prompting strategies to elicit desired outputs from AI models.
Integration with Cloud Platforms:
Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, optimizing performance and cost‑efficiency.
Observability and Monitoring:
Implement robust monitoring and observability solutions to track model performance and identify potential issues.
Data Engineering:
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the availability of high-quality data for training and inference.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide team members in the adoption of AI best practices.
Stay Updated:
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and explore innovative applications for the organization.
Required Skills and Experience
Strong understanding of generative AI models, including large language models, text-to-image models, and more.
Hands‑on experience with OpenAI models, LangChain, and Bedrock.
Proficiency in Python programming language
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services.
Knowledge of data engineering concepts and tools.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
