highly motivated, results-driven Retail Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service Drive store performance through effective management and hands-on leadership Train, mentor, and develop team members Execute local marketing initiatives and promotions Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience (Required) 2+ years of sales experience (Required) 1+ year of management experience (Preferred) Bilingual in English (Required) Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation Ability to work retail hours: Monday–Saturday: 9 AM–8 PM Sunday: 12 PM–5 PM (hours subject to change)
