Position Overview Auto-Chlor System is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business development throughout the greater Louisville and Lexington markets. This is a pure hunter role focused exclusively on prospecting and closing new accounts within the foodservice industry. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being in the field, and is energized by building new relationships and winning business.

Auto-Chlor System provides commercial dishwashing machines and chemical programs through a lease‑based service model to restaurants, bars, healthcare facilities, schools, and other foodservice establishments. Our industry is stable, recession-resistant, and highly relationship-driven. This role is focused on new account acquisition only – there is no account management responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business within restaurants and foodservice operations across the Louisville and Lexington territories

Conduct daily in‑person sales calls to restaurants, bars, healthcare facilities, schools, and institutional kitchens

Identify decision‑makers and present the value of Auto‑Chlor’s dish machine leasing as well as chemical service programs

Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, networking, and territory management

Deliver product demonstrations and clearly communicate the operational and financial benefits of Auto‑Chlor System solutions

Close new business and coordinate installation with internal teams

Maintain consistent activity levels and territory coverage to exceed sales targets

Qualifications

1–3+ years of outside sales experience preferred (B2B or food service sales is a plus)

Proven ability to prospect and close new business

Comfortable with cold calling and high daily activity levels

Self‑starter with strong work ethic and competitive mindset

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
