run a business inside a business. What You Will Own You will be fully responsible for a group of properties and their owners — from leasing through renewals, communication, and performance. Your success is measured by: Owner satisfaction & retention Leasing performance How smoothly your portfolio runs This is not micromanaged. This is

ownership with support. Core Responsibilities 1. Own Your Portfolio Treat each property group like your own business Track leasing, vacancies, pricing, and renewals Proactively manage issues before they become problems 2. Master the Admin Keep files, notes, and records accurate and up-to-date Complete tasks on time without being chased Keep Zendesk, Monday.com, and internal systems clean and current 3. Build Owner Relationships Regularly call and connect with owners Provide clear updates, data, and recommendations Become the trusted advisor behind each listing 4. Think & Solve Spot problems early Offer solutions, not excuses Improve systems, workflows, and communication What We’re Looking For We care about how you think and

your ability to run a real portfolio. To be considered, you must have

at least 2 years of property management experience

managing residential or multifamily properties, including direct owner communication and leasing responsibility. You are a great fit if you: Are highly organized and hate unfinished work Communicate clearly and confidently with owners, tenants, and vendors Are comfortable having real conversations — including pricing, vacancies, and tough conversations Are naturally accountable and take ownership of outcomes Enjoy improving systems instead of working in chaos This role is for someone who has already proven they can run properties — and is ready to step into a role with
