Fixed Income Trade Support Consultant

We are working with a well-established fixed income hedge fund seeking a Trade Support Consultant to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a strong opportunity to work in a high-performing buy-side environment supporting a range of fixed income products. Location: New York, NY (4 days onsite) Compensation: $60–$63/hour Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day trade support across fixed income products including corporates, municipals, and treasuries Monitor trade lifecycle from execution through settlement Resolve trade breaks and discrepancies with internal teams and external counterparties Partner with traders, portfolio managers, and operations to ensure accurate trade capture and booking Assist with reconciliations, allocations, and reporting Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives Requirements:

8+ years of trade support / middle office experience within a buy-side or sell-side firm Strong knowledge of fixed income instruments (corporate bonds, munis, treasuries) Experience supporting a trading desk in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
