Must Have Real Estate license to apply:
Responsibilities
Answer inbound lead calls and schedule showings in a timely manner.
Use CRM to update data base and follow up with clients.
Negotiate offers and counteroffers
Prospect for new clients
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, Fair Housing regulations, and industry best practices.
Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, market trends, and neighborhood developments.
Communicate effectively with clients, tc, and team lead, to facilitate smooth transactions.
Hold open houses.
Attend team meetings.
Skills
Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients' best interests in transactions.
Familiarity with real estate contracts.
Bilingual is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of real estate law to ensure compliance throughout the buying/selling process.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
Familiarity with lending rates and programs
Proficient in market analysis to provide clients with informed insights on property values.
Exceptional communication skills for building relationships with future clients and past clients.
