Job Description We are looking for an Analyst of Portfolio Management to join our Products & Services team. While not a traditional real estate role, this position sits at the center of a vertically integrated hospitality platform, supporting a group of operating companies that collectively generate ~$400M in annual revenue and are closely tied to a broader $5B+ hotel real estate portfolio. This is a high-impact, career-track opportunity offering direct exposure to senior leadership, including regular interaction with the Ashford Inc. COO and President, and reporting directly to the SVP of Portfolio Management. What You’ll Do

Work on EBITDA-driving initiatives across 5+ portfolio companies, helping identify opportunities to enhance performance and profitability Help maintain and evolve the firm’s 5-year valuation model, which serves as a key tool for strategic decision-making and is presented to the CEO every quarter Develop strong working relationships with management teams across portfolio and target companies Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and long-term goals for portfolio companies Lead monthly financial and operational performance reviews, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations Analyze and monitor debt metrics, including payment terms, financial covenants, and capital structure considerations Create concise, executive-ready materials for board and investment committee presentations Conduct industry and competitive research to inform strategic initiatives and potential add-on acquisitions Take ownership of ad hoc projects across strategy, operations, and corporate initiatives Requirements

What We’re Looking For Strong analytical and problem‑solving skillset, with the ability to think critically and independently 1–2 years of work experience Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a focus on building clear, insightful analyses and presentations Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into concise, decision‑oriented insights Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams This role is ideal for someone looking to operate at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations, with meaningful exposure to both portfolio company performance and broader enterprise value creation. #26-290 Dallas, Texas, USA Full-Time/Part-Time Full-time
