Responsibilities
Collaborate with the global apparel design team to bring creative concepts to life under the guidance of Design Managers and Directors. Engage in trend and market research to inform design decisions and support fabric and trim development. Contribute to technical sketching and the creation of tech packs, ensuring alignment with brand standards and seasonal guidelines. Work closely with Merchandising and Product Development to streamline timelines and facilitate effective product execution. Assume a key role in maintaining design consistency and cohesion across various product categories including Women’s, Men’s, Kids’, and Accessories.
Skills
Strong attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Proven ability to take direction effectively and quickly iterate on design concepts. Proficiency in technical sketching and creating detailed tech packs. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage asset organization and timeline coordination.
Preferred Skills
Experience with fashion trend analysis and market research. Familiarity with global fashion standards and apparel design processes. A background in collaborating within a diverse, multicultural team environment.
