Oversee downstream purification, buffer prep, chemical weighing, and fill/finish operations Lead GMP manufacturing teams and guide strategic resource planning Drive process improvements, data-driven decision making, and documentation excellence Serve as SME for large-scale bioprocessing and validation Partner cross-functionally on tech transfer, facility readiness, and supply demands Hire, mentor, and develop downstream manufacturing talent
About You
10+ years GMP biopharma manufacturing; strong downstream expertise Proven leadership and team development experience Background in tech transfer, validation, or facility start-up preferred BS in Life or Physical Sciences
