About Our Agency
Our agency opened in 2011 and is a small, close-knit team of three who value flexibility, independence, and strong customer relationships. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a quality control manager in industrial recycling and even owned a paintball park. I also spent time as a professional paintball player, which taught me a lot about discipline, focus, and teamwork.
I’ve always lived near the beach and consider myself a true Southern California local. Now that I’m an empty nester, I’ve been enjoying the chance to travel more and explore new places.
We offer dental or vision benefits after the probation period, a Simple IRA, and licensing reimbursement. Our office also uses a rotating Saturday schedule—team members work one Saturday a month and receive a half day or early release during the week to make up for it.
Our culture is very open, flexible, and relaxed. I believe in giving people the space to do their jobs well, so there’s no micromanaging here. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
