
Senior Inside Sales Representative

Crown Rental is a growing, fast-paced equipment and event rental company committed to delivering top-quality service and products to our customers. From small & mid-sized equipment to party rentals, we provide solutions for construction companies, homeowners, and event planners alike. We're seeking a driven, hands-on individual to join our team in a leadership capacity—someone who can provide excellent customer service, manage daily operations, and support our rental team with knowledge and enthusiasm.
Position Overview
As a key member of our team, this position combines leadership, customer interaction, and hands‑on equipment work. You’ll be responsible for managing daily operations, helping customers in person and over the phone, maintaining rental equipment, and supporting team members to ensure smooth business operations. Responsibilities
Lead and support day-to-day rental operations and staff Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person Assist customers in selecting the right equipment or event rentals Operate, explain, and demonstrate a variety of rental equipment Troubleshoot and perform basic servicing and inspections of equipment Coordinate delivery schedules and manage reservations Use point-of-sale and rental software systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace Work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer-facing role (inside sales or customer service) Previous leadership or management experience required Knowledge or ability to learn about rental equipment (construction and event) Comfortable working in various weather conditions and performing physical tasks Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to operate small to mid-size equipment (training available) Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Proficient with computers and rental/CRM software (we will train the right candidate) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred What We Offer
