Service Account Coordinator

to join our Service team located at our office in

Nashville, TN . Our ideal candidate for a Service Account Coordinator is someone who has 1–3 years of relevant experience and demonstrates strong organizational skills, customer service abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while supporting service operations and client relationships. Primary responsibilities for icon’s Service Account Coordinator include: Serving as a primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests, scheduling inquiries, and account support. Coordinating communication between customers, service technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive communication and responsive service. Preparing and sending service proposals, quotes, and contract documentation. Maintaining and updating customer records, service histories, and account information within internal systems and databases. Generating reports and tracking service activities to support account management and team operations. Identifying and communicating potential service opportunities to Service Account Managers to support account growth. Resolving customer concerns and coordinating with Service Account Managers to ensure approved work is scheduled and completed successfully. Primary qualifications for icon’s Service Account Coordinator include: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service, account coordination, administrative support, or service operations preferred. Experience working in construction, service, or other technical industries is a plus. Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills. Exhibiting strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail. Maintaining proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word. Working effectively within CRM systems or service management platforms to manage customer information and service activity. Demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems efficiently, and provide a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
